The New Brunswick Botanical Garden is happy to invite its clientele to visit the Café Flora. Located in the visitors’ center since 2011, this Café, developed in partnership with Paula Lentz, offers a fresh, light, colored, and contemporary cuisine in order to enhance your experience at the Garden. With a seating capacity of 55, Café Flora will be opened to the public during the Garden’s operating hours, seven days a week with brunches on the weekends. Come relax on the terrace with a glass of wine, to the sound of the falls, while enjoying a meal that you will not forget.

Paula, a passionate chef, is fulfilling her dream, which is to offer a contemporary look on comfort food. We are also looking into serving suppers on the terrace. Details will follow shortly.

  • Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Lunch served Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

  • Brunch served Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 2:00pm

    Cinnamon/Apple Stuffed Pancakes

  • Homemade pancakes stuffed with lemony mascarpone cheese and lightly grilled in our Panini press. Topped with sauteed maple cinnamon apples and maple caramel. Served with fresh fruit.

    • "Bird Nests" with Herb roasted potatoes and Garden salad

  • Peasant bread filled and baked with an egg, black forest ham, caramelized onions, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and topped with hollandaise sauce. Served with oven roasted herbed potatoes and garden salad with a house vinaigrette.

  • 2 eggs, sausage or bacon, herb roasted potatoes and fresh fruit salad served with toasted peasant bread.

    • Homemade granola with Maple yogurt and Fresh fruit

  • Natural yogurt topped with homemade spiced granola and a warm maple cream sauce. Served with an assortment of fresh fruit and a fresh baked cinnamon roll or muffin.

    • 2 Egg Omelet with a Bacon and watermelon salad

  • Omelet stuffed with sauteed vegetables and mozzarella cheese and topped with a fresh tomato salsa. Served with a bacon and watermelon salad with a garlic and parmesan dressing and toasted peasant bread.
