Works of art, products from traditional arts (crafts) and food products (all hereinafter referred to as \"local products\") are eligible. Manufactured and\/or commercial (branded) products are not eligible. The deadline to apply is Friday, July 31, 2026, at noon.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nA \"local product\" is a product that comes from or whose main components come from a delimited and homogeneous territory. They are distinguishable from products of the same nature by characteristics and traits from this specific territory (in this case the greater Madawaska region).\r\n\r\n\r\nExhibitors (Attention)<\/strong>\r\nAll exhibitors will have to register for the entire event (3 days).\r\n\r\nSelection criteria<\/strong>\r\nOnly local products will be accepted. Since a limited number of stands are available, a selection committee will be formed by the SJBNB, alongside members representing partner organizations. Selection priority will be assigned as follows:\r\n-\tlocal products made by hand and\/or in an artisanal way;\r\n-\tapplicants from and\/or residents of the greater Madawaska region, New Brunswick, and eastern Qu\u00e9bec; \r\n-\tmembers of the partner organizations.\r\n\r\nTo offer the widest possible range of products, the selection committee reserves the right to solicit additional applications if an artistic discipline or a type of product is under-represented.\r\n\r\n \r\nStands and equipment<\/strong>\r\nGiven the limited number of stands, it is possible that only one stand can be allocated per exhibitor. In addition, it is very important to specify your needs (electrical plug, sink, peg board, etc.) in the application form. The organizing committee will do its best to accommodate everyone but cannot guarantee availability. The SJBNB will contact all approved exhibitors to confirm the location, arrival time and assigned equipment.\r\n\r\nRegulations<\/strong>\r\nThe selected exhibitors undertake to comply with the market regulations, the eligibility criteria, the established hours (preparation\/dismantling, opening\/closing), the assigned location, the provincial guidelines for food premises at temporary events , etc.\r\n \r\nFailure to comply with the regulations could result in denial of access to the site during the market and even in future markets.
